Slick, fresh, exotic.
Here is fresh, not overly fleshy, representation of the variety. Lemon drop aromas are woven with a hint of stone fruit, toasted exotic spice, meringue and honey. It is slick, not quite oily, and fresh; golden fruits, brown spices and citrus flavours lead to a more savoury finish that trails burnt brown sugar and toasted coconut.
Second Review: March 11, 2021
Honey and golden fruit, marmalade and quince, peaches and exotic spice aromas result in a palate that is plush but fresh with good concentration and a zesty character. Nice balance.
